Dr Colin Cundy BSc PhD FRSC CChem
Consultant to the CNM

Colin Cundy studied at the University of Bristol, UK, and obtained his PhD (1969) in organometallic chemistry research. He joined ICI in 1974 as a research specialist in the fields of inorganic and mineralogical chemistry. Solution chemistry and crystallisation are particular interests and the subject of around 50 publications. He has worked on zeolites and clays since 1982 and came to UMIST in 1994. He has now retired from the CNM but still acts as a consultant sharing his deep knowledge of zeolite science with the younger cohort.
