Nathan is from Johannesburg, South Africa. He studied Chemistry at Nottingham Trent University, doing a project in mass spectrometry and accelerating reactions in microdroplets. He is now a PhD researcher working on a collaborative project with Centre of Nanoporous Materials and AstraZeneca in Macclesfield, studying the crystal growth of molecular crystals. Nathan's supervisors are Prof. Mike Anderson (CNM), Prof. Roger Davey (CCAPPE), Dr. Helen Blade and Gareth Ensor (AZ). In his free time Nathan enjoys cooking and travelling. |
