PhD Student

Albalwi is from Saudi Arabia. She obtained her Bachelor of Chemistry from College of Science in Jeddah and her Master of Organic Chemistry from King Saud University. Since 2007, she has worked as lecturer in Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University in Riyadh. She has research published ÒSynthesis of Some ThienoPyrimidine DerivativesÓ Molecules 2006, 11, 498-513. At the time, she is a Ph.D student in Chemical Engineering, The University of Manchester, under the supervision of Dr. Stuart Holmes. Albalwi's study includes the development and synthesis of the core-shell nanocatalysts.
